Disclaimer

Please read this Disclaimer carefully before downloading the APK, registering an account, or using any services provided by HB788 Game via HB788.COM.PK. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Informational & Entertainment Purpose

All content, games, materials, and information available on hb788.com.pk and within the HB788 application are provided solely for personal entertainment and recreational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, legal counsel, or an investment recommendation.

Financial Risk & Real-Money Gaming Notice

Participation in games on HB788 involves wagers using real money. Real-money gaming carries an inherent risk of financial loss.

  • No Guaranteed Returns: Winning outcomes in games—including slots, lotteries, card tables, and prediction rounds—are subject to chance, skill, and system algorithms. Past performance or winnings do not guarantee future success.
  • Risk of Loss: You acknowledge that you may lose part or all of the money deposited into your account wallet.
  • Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and wagers. You should only play with money you can afford to lose and never gamble with funds needed for essential living expenses, medical care, or utilities.

Responsible Gaming Advocacy

HB788 Game encourages responsible gaming practices among all users. We advise players to:

  • Set strict daily or weekly time and spending limits.
  • Avoid chasing losses after a losing session.
  • Treat gaming strictly as a leisure activity rather than a steady or primary source of income.

If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming unmanageable, we strongly encourage you to take a break or seek assistance from professional support resources.

Age Eligibility & Restriction

HB788 Game is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating an account, making deposits, or participating in real-money games on this platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age and suspend accounts failing to meet age requirements.

Third-Party APK Installation & System Compatibility

The HB788 application is distributed as an Android Package Kit (APK) outside the Google Play Store.

  • User Discretion: Downloading and installing third-party APK files from hb788.com.pk is done at your own risk and discretion.
  • Device Compatibility: While the app is optimized for low-end and high-end Android devices running OS 5.0 and higher, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free performance on every hardware configuration.

Financial Gateways & Payment Services

HB788 integrates with third-party payment channels (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash) to facilitate deposits and payouts.

  • HB788 is an independent platform and is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or their parent telecommunication companies.
  • We are not responsible for delays, service outages, or technical errors originating directly from third-party banking servers or mobile wallet networks.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that participating in online real-money gaming complies with all local, provincial, and national laws applicable in their region or jurisdiction. HB788 Game disclaims any liability for unauthorized user access in areas where real-money gaming is restricted or prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HB788 Game, its developers, operators, and hb788.com.pk shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of:

  • The use or inability to use the application or website.
